At Passion Visa Services, we strive to offer transparent and fair service. Below is our refund policy regarding visa consulting, documentation, and processing services.
We provide professional services, not products. As such, refunds are generally not applicable once a service has begun.
You cancel the service before document processing begins
A double payment or overcharge is identified and confirmed
We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal issues
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
Government or embassy denial of visa
Client failure to provide necessary documentation
Delays caused by external authorities or inaccurate user information
Change of mind after work has started
Cases where service has already been rendered (even partially)
If approved, refunds will be:
Processed to the original payment method
Issued within 7–14 business days
Subject to deduction of transaction fees or administrative charges
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with your service reference number and reason. No phone cancellations are accepted for refund eligibility.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in service suspension and legal action. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide proof of service delivery.
